Description and Reason for Change:

We’re excited to announce an important enhancement to Swagelok ALD20 product capabilities. Swagelok have expanded the maximum body and actuator temperature ratings from 392°F (200°C) to 482°F (250°C). This update applies to both operating and immersion
temperature ratings.
It’s important to emphasize that no changes have been made to the ALD20 product’s design, bill of materials (BOM), or assembly process that would affect its fit or form in any way to achieve this increase in function. Through rigorous and comprehensive testing, Swagelok have validated the product’s performance at the higher temperature threshold.
To support this update, the relevant catalog (MS‐02‐301: Updated in eDTR refresh) and technical bulletin (MS‐06‐123: Update in progress) have been revised to reflect the enhanced temperature ratings.
